In this workshop, you’ll learn how to align your food, movement, work, and boundaries with the natural phases of your cycle (or the moon, if you’re not currently cycling) so you can feel more energized, connected, and in flow.
We’ll begin by grounding into the space, mapping our cycles, and exploring how each phase impacts our energy, mood, and needs. You’ll receive a personalized cycle calendar, learn how to support your body and mind throughout the month, and uncover the boundaries that will help you protect your energy.
We’ll close with a somatic journaling practice and group EFT tapping session to gently release any resistance to honoring your rhythm—so you can walk away with clarity, confidence, and aligned action steps.
You’ll leave with:
A mapped cycle calendar (based on your hormone or moon phase)
Lifestyle strategies for food, movement, and productivity by phase
Journal prompts to support energy management and boundaries
A guided tapping session to clear resistance and create space for change
