January Women’s Circle:

This January circle is an invitation to begin the year differently.
Together, we’ll open the field of possibility by slowing down and tuning inward. Through guided visualization, you’ll connect with your future self and clarify the qualities, values, and inner state that want to lead this next chapter. From there, we’ll move into deep journaling and EFT tapping to gently release old patterns, beliefs, and identities that no longer fit who you’re becoming.
We’ll close the circle with kundalini activation to support energetic alignment, integration, and embodiment, helping your body anchor what your mind and heart have already accessed.
